Description
How do you tell the difference between sea lions and seals? Sea lions have ear flaps and seals do not. They also have longer fore-flippers and can walk on all fours. Males can weigh up to 660 pounds and can be eight feet long, females are smaller at about 220 pounds and only six feet long. These sleeping sea lions were found at the Coast Guard Pier in Monterey California.
