Description
These handcrafted flowers were found in a Mexican market. They are a cultural tradition and a craft more than 200 years old. Originally the craft came from Asia to Mexico by way of the Spanish galleons. The flowers were first used on the altars of churches as offerings from the Indians. They are most often crafted from tissue paper. Now you will find these decorative treasures everywhere, especially at festivals and to decorate graves during the Day of the Dead.
