Description
This old yellow surfboard shows its age with the many cracks across its surface. A label for Point Conception decorates the tip and the word "surf" proclaims its purpose - summer fun! If you look at a map of central California, the bump on the coast that sticks out into the ocean is Point Conception. This is where the Santa Barbara Channel meets up with the Pacific Ocean. A lighthouse of the same name sits on the headlands and you will find Jalama Beach to be a great surf spot.
