Conti Street is a street in the French Quarter of New Orleans. Louisiana. The streets in the French Quarter are named after France's ruling houses, or after Catholic saints. Conti Street was named for a prince in the Bourbon family. Each sidewalk corner in the French Quarter is marked with the name of the street in white tiles with blue letters. Condi is perpendicular to the Mississippi River and runs through to Rampart Street. It is home to restaurants, bars, the Mardi Gras Museum, and the Prince Conti Hotel,
