Description
We found this small rustic barn at the Saucer-Beckman Farm at the Lyndon B. Johnson National Historic Park, near Johnson City, Texas. It is an actual working farm which recreates rural farm life from the early 1900's. Docents wear period clothing and go about doing their chores, such as feeding the livestock, working in the garden, and baking bread, Visitors can interact with the docents and learn about what life was like on a farm all those years ago.
